The Cocosa Verdict: Having never been the best of sleepers, and having tried a huge variety of so called sleep aids, I was truly sceptical at the calming properties of this spray but being a huge fan of the scent of lavender, I was excited to give this a go. After a particularly stressful day and a few nights of fitful sleeps, I decided to change my sleeping luck and gave myself crisp, fresh sheets which were promptly treated to this sweet-smelling spray. Upon resting my head on the pillow, I instantly felt like I was in a spa and concentrating on the fresh, floral scent certainly helped me ease my mind as I counted sheep. While I followed my regular pattern of several mid-night wake ups, this gorgeous scent certainly soothed me throughout the night.
